WHO’S COOKING?

TIME FOR DINS is written by yours truly, Emma Frisch, cookbook author, culinary teacher, and professional recipe developer dedicated to empowering people to embrace home cooking with simple, seasonal recipes.

My Italian mamma believed homemade meals kept us healthy, strengthened family bonds, and connected us to where we lived and where we came from.

But as a mom and chef, I couldn’t quite figure out how to prepare homemade dinner most weeknights like my mother!

Until, I realized... she was meal-planning! Mamma had go-to seasonal recipes that simplified grocery shopping and food prep, and developed tricks for involving us kids in the kitchen. Once I adopted meal-planning, it became a whole lot easier to prepare healthy, delicious dinners.

Sometimes we need to just zap frozen nuggets, but the benefits of homemade meals are too good to sacrifice on a daily basis.

Now, meal planning is my #1 tool.

That’s where this newsletter comes in: I want to help you implement meal plans that will save time, save money, and put healthier, more delicious food on your table.
