Hello my friends!
My babies went back to school yesterday, and like a lot of parents this time of year, I’m using this opportunity to set new, supportive rhythms for our family.
I want to begin my days with exercise. I want to have merendas ready for after school.
Above all, I want to dial in our weekly meal plans, because that will mean:
I can eliminate “what to make for dinner” from my daily mental load
I’m not devoting my precious free time during the day to prepping dinner, or thinking I will, and finding myself in a 5 pm cobble-together-dinner-scramble
I can shop once a week
I can enlist support from Bobby and the girls when possible
I know that our family is eating nourishing meals at home
On that note, I’m so excited to share the September Meal Plan!!!
My favorite part about this month’s meal plan is that nearly every recipe can be on the table in under 30 minutes.
